Announcing our two upcoming projects!

DIE TAGESZEITEN
In our first collaboration and first international tour, eight singers from Solomon's Knot join Les Passions de l'Ame, Bern's baroque orchestra, in a programme of Telemann and J.S. Bach.

The centrepiece is Telemann's cantata cycle, Die Tageszeiten (The Times of the Day), with a cantata each for Morning, Midday, Evening, and Night.  This is a colourful and entertaining work, with a religious basis that leans towards pantheism.
Solomon's Knot will sing J.S. Bach's motet, Singet dem Herrn ein neues Lied a capella and from memory, and Les Passions de l'Ame will perform his Orchestral Suite No.3.  More details on the Next Performances tab.
